Wabash Valley Health Center, Located at 1436 Locust Street, Terre Haute, IN, is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing primary healthcare services. Along with our clinical support staff, these providers work diligently to provide comprehensive evidence based care for all ages.

Behavioral health services are provided on-site through our partnership with Hamilton Center, Inc. These services are available for anyone currently receiving primary medical care at Wabash Valley Health Center. Treatment is holistic and conducted by a team of behavioral health professionals which includes: a licensed clinical social worker and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
Everyone needs health insurance. It allows us to receive the medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare we need to be healthy members of our families and communities. WVHC has licensed Navigators and Certified Application Counselors who can help you decide which health insurance programs you qualify for, and then walk you through the entire process of enrollment and beyond.
Gregory K. Brock, D.O. is the Chief Medical Officer for Wabash Valley Health Center. Dr. Brock has practiced as a primary care physician for over 20 years and continues to care for you and your family today. Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Brock was a math teacher. His background in education helps guide patients in becoming successful in managing their medical issues, by helping them to understand the "why" and the "how" of disease.

This would be the last place I would recommend for any type of medical treatment. I went there in April of 2021 to get a simple physical for my medical insurance through my employer I did everything I was asked to do. Since then I have called many times and left messages about the necessary documentation to return to my employer. No one has answered my calls. Someone has finally returned my call earlier this week in September to notify me that all the paperwork is missing. The bill got paid. No paperwork. SORRY

Pretty good place. The docs are usually pretty nice, as are the nurses. They are very hectic and busy most of the time, so give plenty of time if need to call them for something. Also, they don't like being held up at all - so if you have an appointment later in the day, expect them to be shorter towards you and to even make it clear that they are not happy with any waiting, etc... Other than that, the receptionists, billing, nurses, and doctors pass my standards just fine. The Medical Director has been my doctor for years and he does a great job.

This is a wonderful clinic. All staff from CEO down to the providers in medical & dental are by far the best around. They are very professional, personable, patient & knowledgeable. Pure and utter incompetence. Dr. Mathis sent me home with a container to obtain a stool sample from my 1 yr old who’s stomach is rejecting nourishment. After obtaining the sample and driving across town to Union as directed, I was sent away by Union because the Dr. never called in the order and they were unable to assist me. It’s hard to trust a facility who doesn’t understand the logistics of their own profession. Now, I have to wait longer to find an answer for my Son’s ailment.
