Balken's Auto Body opened in 1992, and since then has been providing honest, reputable, and timely auto body repairs to the greater Fond du Lac, WI region. Situated along Highway 151 just outside of the city, the shop is only 15 minutes away from downtown making it a central location for most commuters.

After nearly a decade of professional auto body experience, Byron decided to establish a collision repair shop that customers could trust to provide quality work and honest advice. As a shop owner, he enjoys being able to help people through misfortune, ease their stress, and ultimately, make everything as good as new.

Caitlin and Byron were a pleasure to deal with. Honest and upfront. Had them coordinate a paintless dent removal on my car. Ended up finding many more dents under the bright lights but still honored the quote. Picked up my car from work and let me use a nearly new loaner Ram.

If you have a high-end vehicle and are searching for a shop that can deliver on the quality, give Balken's a look. My A8 was fixed back to factory condition in about a week. They got me an OEM replacement door too, not some sketchy aftermarket or "repairable" door.
These are good people who see your car the way you do. Not to mention, their abilities are worth every cent. The car is flawless.

They were very professional, friendly, and punctual. I had my back bumper and and front bumper that needed a lot of repairs and replacement. The crew did a wonderful job.
They provided a loaner vehicle for me to use.
I would and will highly recommend them to anyone that need something done.

Balken's has some of the best customer service I have seen. They are very professional and did a great job fixing up my car. When I went in they fixed my passenger door so I could open it and put a cover over my headlight so it didn't go out, all before I made the appointment to bring my car in to be fixed up after the accident I had. They also have loaner vehicles for people to use, which is very nice if you don't have coverage for them on your insurance. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I have never had a better experience working with a shop. It was so painless. I dropped my Elantra off for damage done to the right rear and was handed a loaner. My car was done in about a week even though it was over Thanksgiving. There was a small bump when I got my vehicle back that ended up having absolutely nothing at all to do with what they did, yet they made sure I was happy and took it in to Hyundai for me and let me have a loaner again. I didnt have to deal with the insurance company at all once I handed it off to them. If I could give them more then 5 starts I would!
