Hydro jetting is a process used to clear drains and sewer pipes of obstructions using an extremely high powered stream of water. John saved the day! Another plumbing company quoted over $15,000 for a new sewer line after inspecting it without a thorough cleaning. John was able to squeeze us in the next day for a cleaning and reinspection. The line was in great shape and needed zero repairs. I called and spoke with John about a sudden plumbing issue involving sewerage that prevented the use of toilets and showers, and he provided a very fair quote and was able to come the very next day.
He fixed the issue in under 5 minutes, explained what had happened and was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions! He was also kind enough to answer questions on HVAC and gave a quote on the spot for other work we are considering.

This place is a complete fraud. I contacted them and established an appointment for them to hook up a water heater. The buffoon that kept in contact with me kept putting it off. He cancelled three times with a variety of excuses ranging from a funeral he had to attend to a sick mother in law. I finally realized he had no intention of showing up, but lacked the intestinal fortitude to say so. Stay away from this pathetic business. A complete waste of time.

My job was simple: I needed two new toilets installed in my home. While one local plumbing company quoted me a price of almost $300 each(!), John gave me a good rate, and didn't even charge to drive to my home. (He was the only plumber I contacted who didn't have such a fee.)
The day before his visit, I noticed one of my bathroom faucets was leaking, so once he arrived, I asked if he could take care of that, too. No problem.
When John was under the sink, he noticed the drain pipe into the wall wasn't installed as well as it should have been, so he fixed that, as well.

I live an hour away and they were out the next morning. My whole house was backed up. I would do the dishes or take a shower and my house would flood. I was in panic it was going to be very expensive and a long process to have it all repaired. After an hour of John being there. He had it fixed and saved me thousands of dollars from having my yard tore up and new pipping. He was able to break through the blockage. John is very experienced and quick.
