We switched our insurance Statefarm after overpaying our auto insurance for years. Michael got us multiple quotes and explained options within hours of the request. Top notch customer service does not even do Michael justice. He responds immediately and resolves any questions or concerns that I might have, especially odd hours and weekends included. Reached out to michael for an insurance quote and he did not disappoint. I was over paying for my insurance and he quoted me way better coverage for a lot less! I saved 80 bucks!! The staff at this office is amazing, especially Michael, who helped me with the entire insurance process. Privilege makes us blind as to how much goes into running a house hold.
