Good prices for self-pay customers. Inconsistent service caused by lack of planning within and across stores. Lots of "supply chain" excuses. The real problem is lack of inventory management.
I should be able to phone ahead and order consumables. Instead, I have to show up to a store, wait for the delivery truck, and hope I get lucky.
And even if I can get supplies, each attendant has arbitrary rules and processes. Like, "You asked for five. That's too many. I will give you five just this one time." And every trip I have to explain that their suggestion of a boilerplate solution that is convenient

Everyone at the Millcreek (4030 S State St.) Alpine Home Medical location is very professional, knowledgeable, and definitely has the client’s interest at heart. Their store and online e-tail site have everything for whatever medical supplies might be needed for home care. Their training on home medical equipment use is first rate, complete, and eases any concerns one might have when setting up and using new home-care tech. I highly recommend these folks and will definitely continue to use them for all of my medical supply needs.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received at Alpine Medical. My initial appointment was in September. I met with the representative. He went over the CPAP machine and how it works. He told me that the machine was setup for the info to go to my doctor. I asked if he had the doctor’s name and info, he said yes. I asked if I needed to do anything with my doctor and he said no. He said somebody in the company would contact me regarding ordering supplies for the CPAP machine.

I bought an oxygen concentrator from Alpine Home Medical. I went on vacation and needed an extra battery. I bought the battery from them and they told me they would have it in the time I needed. This didn't happen so they loaned one to me. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They told me they would refund my money when I returned the battery.i returned the battery and I also sent my portable concentrator in for warranty work. I got a loaner which was 50 a month and when I returned it it was 100 a month is what they wanted. They are still trying

It was very easy to complete my rental of a medical device. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I would have given 5 stars except when I called in to find a location the gentleman on the phone directed my to the Draper location. The Draper store had no rentals for that device but I was redirected to the Sale Lake office. Alpine could improve the quality of their service by ensuring whoever answers the phone has an accurate inventory. But now that I know the correct questions to ask I’ll return to Alpine for our future needs.

Very poor communication. I called 3 x re: getting a CPAP replacement and no one called me back. I was finally told that it was assigned to someone and that I wouldn't hear back for several weeks on whether the prescription was approved or not. I was also told the prescription may only be good for 6 months and not the 12 months I was originally told. I got my medical provider to send over a prescription in June but told Alpine I didn't want a new CPAP machine until January when I had more money in my medical flex spending account and asked then how long the prescription was good for.

Alpine came highly recommended by St Marks Pulmonary. It took a bit longer to get in than I had hoped, mostly due to being at work when Darlene called to set up the process. I could remove one star for my voicemails not being returned(they claimed they called in December and got no reply, though I did call multiple times over two weeks), but I understand how overworked people can get.
When I did walk in and schedule an appointment, they were very courteous and got me in the next day. Darlene was very good getting me what would work best for me, and I knew going in that CPAP and CPAP supplies are

I appreciate the oxygen but if there was anywhere else that I could go for it, I would. They didn't get around to my 1st delivery till over a week after it was prescribed. My Dr ordered small portable tanks to travel and work with but they didn't do that either. I was given a laundry list of reasons why they didn't from the guy who came out. I am very disappointed in their lack of consideration for my care and mobility.

Stefan is awesome. He always comes out within 24 hours and he’s so courteous and professional! He goes the extra mile always shows concern and compassion for our situation. He really cares and it shows in his attitude and his hard work.
I only wish more companies had people like him. We have a 21 year old special needs child, so we’ve been doing this a very long time and it would make our life so much nicer if more of the people we deal with were this helpful and nice. He deserves a huge raise. He’s one of a kind.
