This company was recommended by Leslie’s Pool Supply in Southlake. Initial phone conversation with Kevin (owner) indicated cartridge filter would be cleaned every 6 mths or sooner, filter pot emptied and chemicals balanced each week. When we started noticing cloudiness and discoloration of pool/spa floor, I contacted him several times to inspect and determine cause. Without inspecting it, he just said it was pollen. I asked if cartridge filter should be inspected and possibly cleaned after over a year of service, he said no. The problem became worse and I finally began checking water chemical
