Take your time and money and go around the corner to Casey Equipment. You will be much happier.
Not going into a bunch of details, but I have gotten the shaft both times I used the Elk Grove Village location.
Nick in Wauconda location does a pretty good job.

It is cheeper to buy oem bobcat parts from bobcat online store. Atlas will not match the bobcat company’s website, because of greed. They will sell you aftermarket parts for more than bobcat online store. Do your homework before calling them.

Idk. Just seemed like we didn't get the respect or even the correct answers that we were looking for. Also the quote was way too high. Ended up finding same parts ( OEM ) for half of what we were told. My advice is to look around to other facilities before you walk in this place. I'm not saying that you can't get your item, just do homework first.
