Received a call to check in and ask if we had any damage to our pool or pipes after the week of Artic freeze so they could prioritize repairs for the coming week. No damage I could see but they were going to check on Monday. Wasn’t expecting that level of service, but that was super considerate.
I think it has been two years since we contracted with American Spa and Pool. Cannot imagine having our pool serviced by anyone else. They are extremely conscientious about the quality of their service and even if they are not contracted to do so they are proactive in letting

I have used American Spa and pool since 2015 and had good experience with them and wrote them a 5 star review on yelp as well. I had to revise my review to remove 4 stars due to a very unpleasant experience. My pool lost prime (while everything else is working properly including my pool pump) and I called A.S.A.P as usual and they came out and said my check valve is bad and is the cause of my problem, they replaced the check valve but the next day, it lost prime again. I called them back and they came out and said some part within my pump needs replacing and it will cost around $300, I approved

I am a newbie to the pool world and new nothing about maintaining a pool. When I called to schedule a maintenance appt, the office staff were so helpful. Thomas came out and checked over my equipment, made repairs, and took the time to explain how to maintain it properly. I was surprised at how reasonable the bill was! I am taking the time to write this review because I was so impressed with this ASAP. They have earned my business and loyalty. Thank you for such outstanding service.

I feel compelled to write a review after the very professional warranty service that was performed by Cullen Goike. Not only did he fix the problem, he took time to ensure the cables/wires we nearly ran and spent time educating me on how to properly maintain the pool equipment. You can easily see Cullen has a passion for providing exceptional service!

Following a very ugly separation from our previous pool company, we were very fortunate to have found ASAP Pools. We have been using them for some years and have found them to be very upfront and honest about any costs and scheduling. Our assigned our pool tech, Drew Ferguson, has been fantastic. He comes weekly and does an impeccable job. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely takes pride in his work. He communicates very well, is friendly and responsible. He helps with tips about keeping our pool & spa looking brand new.

I had a warranty claim for my pool sweep and the manufacture is partnered with A.S.A.P. To perform repairs. Cullen was here, diagnosed the issue immediately and got everything working as expected.
He was professional, courteous, and in/out quickly. From a service perspective, the experience was great.

American Spa and Pool was sent out by Cody Pools the company that built my pool. They were chosen to cover the warranty work on the pool. Cullen the service tech was great. He not only fixed the problem but gave me answers to questions that helped me greatly understand servicing my pool.

I've used American Spa and Pool to service my pool for a few years now. They are VASTLY superior to the prior service I had. Their weekly reports are electronic and useful. The techs are there on schedule, without fail; and do a good job. They've been very helpful in pointing out areas to keep an eye on and those that should be addressed. They even alerted me to a propane leak. Excellent service at a fair price.

We recently purchased a house whose owners used American Spa and Pool and said they did great work. They were great in terms of showing and up cleaning the pool. However, after they identified a needed repair, the level of service and quality of the fix went downhill. After the repair our pool would no longer turn off. For 5 days, repeated calls were not answered and messages were not returned. They finally returned the call and came out to do fix their repair. They were rude when making the fix. After leaving, our spa is no longer working. Great at the simple stuff. Terrible if you need

Wow. The difference is customer service. I've had three separate pool companies and believe what you read. Thomas and his team do it right and they respond to everything when a sudden issue occurs. I work a lot and they provide me with email reports and pictures of the pool complete with logs and notes. I've used him for over a year now and I'm extremely happy. Highly reccomend

I had to move and used this company while my house was vacant and I was selling it. Very reasonable weekly cleaning including chemicals and they sent pictures each week after they cleaned the pool. It was a nice service since I moved out of town and this was very transparent and reliable. I would recommend them.

Wayne arrived, investigated, described what the issue was and professionally repaired the problem. He didnt take advantage of my pool mechanical ignorance and only did what was required to get the system online and functioning. I will use ASAP for all my pool maintenance issues henceforth.

I had a pump motor go out on our pool last month. I was convinced the motor would need to be replaced and was trying to source it and the other parts needed to swap. Decided I didnt have the time for it and did a Yelp search and came across Thomas and American Spa and Pool. After seeing all of the glowing reviews I called. We discussed for a few minutes what was going on and said he would be out later that week [we were in no hurry]. He called me once the repair was done to say it was a capacitor and he was able to replace it. He could have just gone for the pump and was expecting a healthy charge
