Shane and Dunn Right Blinds were super. They were fast and friendly and I love the finished product. They installed roller shades (some on a motor) for our house and they really did a good job. I recently had to call them about a programming issue and Shane walked me through the fix quickly. Don't hesitate to use them.

Shane repaired some of our electric blinds when we bought our home a year ago and did a great job! Recently, another electric blind in our kitchen suddenly stopped working. I still had his card and called him. He remembered us and said he would come out in just 2 days to check it out. He had it fixed in 15 minutes!! Very professional and prompt!!

This is an update to my initial reviews... I was initially disappointed when 2 days passed and I did not receive a callback for an appointment. I expressed that on Yelp. Then the business responded on Yelp suggesting they didn't have a voicemail from me thereby pretty much labeling me a liar of which I responded in kind. I received an apology later that day as in fact they had, intimating my call went to a field cellphone, received my voicemail. However, that response was not posted on Yelp which was still branding me a liar thereby compelling me to update my initial review to set the record

Just ORDER now! Lisa and Shane are not only the NICEST people, they have been such a pleasure to work with. I absolutely LOVE my new blinds and they were exactly what they suggested for me. I really didn't know what I wanted and when they made the recommendation for my shades, I went with it. I'm doing a home update and wasn't expecting to purchase blinds, but I'm sure glad I did...what a positive difference in my home. It's the "little touches" that mean the most....Shane came over to put temporary blinds in until mine were installed-they offered to do this

Shane did an outstanding job on my very wide motorized shades (that they did not even originally install). It wasn't any easy task--they were squeaking quite a bit. They had to take down each of the very wide motorized shades, dismantle the various components, lubricate them and reinstall everything. I appreciate that they did such a great job and at a very fair price. Highly recommended. I will go with them for new shades since they performed exceptionally well on their service call!

This is one review, I could not wait to write. We have a vacation house in palm desert,ca that needed sun screens. My husband and I found Shane from yelp. He had perfect ratings and that alone made us confident to contact him. Our experience was extremely positive and the final product blew us away. Within three weeks, he had our order ready and spend the entire Friday night installing the shades. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. We called Dunn Right on Memorial Day and Shane answered the phone and set up a time for Tuesday. He arrived on time and fixed our broken string issue on our blinds within 15 minutes. It doesn't get any better than that. We will use them again in the future for all out blind issues. Thanks for your prompt service.
