I had used this contractor upon request from an insurance claim for water damage. In that process, they installed a new window in the upper level of my home. Being he had already installed 1 window in our house, we decided to use them to replace 4 more windows. He sent us a quote for $3600.00 dollars and we had an email exchange, where I was asking him if he could get the amount down a bit as it was way out of our budget . He explained why he could not and detailed what the extra cost would be. So after consideration, we decided to go with his bid, coming in at $900.00 per window. They came and

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
This place never answers its phone. The answer machine leaves contact info for two guy, they don’t answer their phone or call back. I’ve called daily for a week. Poor business if you ask me. I was hesitant on calling because I hear they don’t do their work on time, this confirms it.

They took over a year to finish the remodel of my house and went tens of thousands over budget and the contract with no authorization. When we balked at paying so much over the contracted amount he served a lien. One of his subcontractors put a nail through the piping and caused thousands of dollars of damages and he refused to resolve the issue, just wanted his money.
