Dr. Linda Rock, formerly Dr. Linda Rich, is a native of New York. Her family relocated to South Florida when her father retired from the NYC Police Department in 1977. Dr. Rock attended Broward Community College, and then went on to Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia. She attended Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia, and graduated in 1990.
Dr. Linda Rock and Dr. Bruce Thomas started Light and Life Chiropractic Center, LLC in 2008. Their goal was to create a 21st Century State of the Art chiropractic practice utilizing the latest technology to treat patients more effectively. Technology includes the Avicenna Class IV Laser to accelerate healing.

Dr. Linda and the entire team at Light and Life rock!! I was so unsure of chiropractic care since I had one bad experience and had been experiencing lower back pain since 2014 from a car accident. Finally, I was convinced to go after I was referred by a friend and now I literally go every 3-5 weeks because I feel so much better with my pain and energy levels. Dr. Linda is so thorough, provides very professional, comfortable/gentle care, and really listens and pays attention to what you need. I also just love being able to chat about life with her and the staff and look forward to seeing them each

Dr. Linda is so thoughtful and thorough. Her personality compliments her profession perfectly. She explains her treatment and gives you options. Scheduling is convenient and she offers a military discount. My whole family sees her now and the kids who have been weary of chiropractor in the past love her.

Prior to visiting Dr. Linda and Dr. Bruce, I was very skeptical about Chiropractic treatment and always felt there was very little treatment in it at all...Thank you guys for TRULY helping me!!! I have had terrible sciatic pain that has kept me in bed for days now! I'm happy to say, after today's treatment, I was able to walk right out of the office and drive home with very little pain at all!!!! THANK YOU!!!
