At Lucky's, we love good food. Not just natural and organic food, but the food that's so much a part of our fondest memories. The good stuff. So we created a store that does serious work, without taking itself too seriously. A store dedicated to good food. And making sure that everyone can enjoy it. Visit one of our two neighborhood market locations in Boulder or Fort Collins for a great selection of natural and organic foods. Our very own Bakehouse & Creamery and full-service Cafe also call Boulder home.
Services
This is it. THE ONE. The original store. It all started here and we couldn't be happier to serve the great community of North Boulder, still. Rick Kramer is a Colorado native and grocery veteran. He got his start as a clerk at a small neighborhood market in his hometown of Greeley, CO. He has a passion for food (especially a good Sumatran blend coffee) and community, and is so excited to be a part of the Lucky's family.
For the past 20 years, Lucky's Cafe has been a hidden gem in Boulder. During that time, we've watched babies become teenagers, dishwashers become chefs, and now, it's time for the cafe to evolve as well. We're excited to share that Jen Mesinger, of Lucky's Bakehouse, will be crossing the parking lot to take on this new culinary adventure.
At Lucky's Bakehouse we strive to take everyday baked goods and turn them into something extraordinary. We take the term house-made very seriously and everything from our ice cream to our two day croissants are made fresh in small batches every day. Bringing the sparkle and beauty back to alternative baking is just one of the ways we show our love of baking and our community.
Whether you're adventuring around Horsetooth, brewery hoppin', or biking around the quaint downtown streets, the people of Fort Collins need something to fuel their busy, awesome lives. If you're fueling up for mountain bike rides or making sure you have all the proper nacho fixings to support your Rams, we've got you covered.
They're the folks who jump in to bring the party. Who have a cool recipe, loaf of bread or a story to share-usually all of the above. Like our vendors, we come from a long line of community-minded pioneers who love food. We're passionate about bringing the best quality products we can find to our local communities.

This is an update. The best thing about this place is the convenient location. I have noticed though that ever since Dave's took over there are fewer and fewer organic options. To be honest, I think Dave's does a pretty good job of recognizing the market that they are in and tailoring products to the demographic. That said, if the organics keep being discontinued they are missing the mark for the area.

This is a well-stocked grocery store with a wide selection of organic and natural products. The prices, while not inexpensive, are reasonable for the quality. I found some unique and delicious items not seen in other stores. The store staff come across as expertly knowledgeable and friendly. My only reason for rating it slightly lower than five stars was the cluster in a few aisles and some uncleaned shelves.

A bit marked up in price, but I love the selection and variety of organic foods. Their deals could be a bit better and more often, but they are our neighborhood grocer and we can usually find 90+% of our grocery list at Lucky’s. Also cool that they have a bakehouse & creamery as well as a café in the same parking lot.

A large, comprehensive, sparkling clean supermarket with reasonable prices. As for the comprehensive selection, there's plenty of fresh produce, a fresh meat and seafood display (not just the prepackaged stuff), plenty of cheeses, a good booze selection, and plenty of prepared entrees. There's a large parking lot in the rear too.
I'm used to (or resigned to) a world where retail sectors like supermarkets have been increasingly disrupted and dominated by large national players, so upon moving to the Cleveland area I was surprised to see large, well-stocked stores like Lucky&apos

I lost my wallet in the Lucky's parking lot in February 2020 on my way to a restaurant next door. I looked for it for hours, but finally gave up, cancelled my credit cards and debit cards, got a new driver's license, and said goodbye to my $160 in tips from the night before.
Today, 7/23/21, I got a notification from my bank that my credit card had been frozen and reported missing. Apparently Lucky's had my wallet the whole time, and instead of looking me up on Facebook, going through the DMV, or looking up my address on my license (I lived 10 minutes away), they reported my credit card missing

Most amazing selection of all dietary realms of grocery. Excellent produce, fantastic cheese selection and phenomenal in-house bakery as well as local baked goods. Super helpful and friendly staff. It's not a giant store, nor a giant parking lot, so be prepared for having a little patience with the lack of space, but the kindness of the staff and the customers in general will help you with that ability... Not to mention the sheer happiness the grocery treasures you'll find here will give you.

What a pleasant surprise! I drive past this market everyday and have never stopped in before as I thought it was just a small market without a full grocery store. Boy was I missing out! They have a huge vegetarian selection, a great prepared food section and fruits & veggies galore! Even Local selections like Ohio city pasta too! This is my new grocery store, as it has everything you need!

How do I love the Lucky Market? Oh so much! This is a great store that rivals Whole Foods minus the prices. You can even drink beer while you shop. Their produce is always top notch and is usually cheaper than that one Market. I would definitely give this store a try, even if it's a bit of drive for some.

Love this store but can't stand the smart-assed cashiers and morning manager. In a perfect world I wouldn't have to put up with it but this is far from a perfect world.
Meat is a little high but they do have some good sales on the produce. Love the cold brew in the cafe.
A nice change from Giant Eagle. Not quite as much selection as Whole Foods.
Definitely worth giving a try if you've never been.

I had an excellent experience in the deli are simply amazing lady...
*Then I get up to the Cashiers as it was two ladies were sitting down in chairs facing each other talking hanging out, my thoughts were maybe it's a break and they are having it or they aren't open at either but the lights were on,I didn't have time and picked up my basket to move to another lane/line where a lady/cashier was and no hello just snapped can you take your stuff out of the basket, and I proceeded to and asked if anymore pies were sweet potato-available and the guy behind her was facing her, no one in

I’m so sad to see Lucky’s go. It was one of the highlights of my college years. Because of Lucky’s I found my favorite cheese, delicious sangria, and was able to make healthy food choices for myself while on a… tight budget. I can honestly say, Lucky’s got me through college! It breaks my heart that other college attendees won’t be able to share this same experience and options as I once did. This Market will always have a special place in my memories. I hope one day this company will rise and continue on with the strong message they were found upon, which is

I love this place. Thank you for existing. ::cries softly::
I don't live near an Earth Fare of Whole Foods, so this Lucky's really fulfills a great need for me. It even has a giant, free parking lot. ::cries again::
I was impressed with Lucky's Market. I found it to have a great selection of absolutely everything I needed and didn't know I needed. I really appreciated their health and wellness selection of all those weird crazy superfoods my cookbooks always tell me to put in my smoothies, but I can never find. They even carry CBD and hemp oil products, which is so helpful

Okay to be fair I live in Rocky River where we have Whole Foods, Giant Eagle, Earth Fare, Heinen's, Aldi's, and even Target so compared to that I thought shopping at Lucky's was just an okay experience. I think I would be more impressed if I lived in the immediate area and didn't have much else for grocery shopping options.
The store felt a little cramped to me and I did not find the prices for what I purchased to be less than where I normally shop. They have select sushi for $5 on Tues, you can drink alcohol while shopping, lots of items you can buy in bulk, and they have

I went on opening day to this market. First off. I'll be back. The prices are very reasonable. I bought a whole bag of stuff and only paid $11. For healthy food. Come on. Can't beat that. Downside of opening day. The crowd. But that's to be expected. I am not a Hipster. Ive never seen so many Hipsters and wannabe hipsters in one place. It was comical. Lol.
For health conscious people. This is the place to shop. They have virtually everything. From dairy free and no gluten to vegetarians and vegans. You should be able to find what you are looking for here.
