The question is what can I not say??? The food was season well with just enough spice!! Just yummy and 10's across the board!!!
Yes I highly recommend this place if you're a tourist and is staying in the nearby area!!
The waiter was very friendly and welcoming! And she gave a two thumbs up to everything I ordered. Since I'm here for my birthday, of course I hade to get the Voodoo Doll (I highly recommend and pictures are not shown ).

I'm being generous with the 3 star because maybe they had an off day and I had been drinking. But you would think that would make the food better. I was with a party of 8 on a Friday night during Covid times so no wait, quick service. But the glasses were not that lean, the tables were a little dirty and the food tasted blah, lacked freshness and season. It tasted like they microwaved frozen food. It brought me back to my college dinner days. But hey the beer was cold, the waitress was pleasant any my company was great. It was not a horrible experience, just blah, below average. I may have

I've been eyeing this restaurant my entire trip as I go up and down Bourbon. I finally went on this beautiful Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in, there was a free dessert offer, score! The Host was amazing, very friendly, and inviting. Our waitress was also attentive and friendly. The meal was affordable and food was fresh. I'm not sure what sauce was used for the gator bites, I'm literally curious. I was blown away by how fresh and delectable it was. My alfredo was creamy and tasty. Seriously need the name of the sauce for the gator bites.

Finally tasted Creole food and it was just awesome.
We tasted jambalaya, gumbo and rice and beans. Also snow crab legs at pricey market price $48.
Everything was great but the food was served cold and it took a while to get it. It is to be expected with staff shortages now a days. Will definitely be going back to New Orleans again.
Also found free road side parking at the corner of Conti St/Decatur St.
If you plan to walk and enjoy a beverage buy it from a pizza place rather than a bar You can save a few bucks.

This was our first sit down meal in NOLA and it did not disappoint. We went on thanksgiving for lunch. We waited about 20 minutes for our table. The gentleman outside greeting customers was great. He chatted with us, gave us city recommendations, and was full of witty jokes. He kept us laughing and made the wait go by quickly. We got charbroiled oysters and gator bites as an appetizer. Both were great, but the charbroiled oysters were especially delicious. Two of us got the taste of New Orleans and loved it. The poboy and chicken sandwich were also very good. One of us got a mint julep - it was

Pre-Covid the seafood combo was perfect. Now, I questioned if the fish was actually Catfish and if the shrimp were frozen. With it's price point, one would expect better quality. Also, the plate was stacked with bread, fries, and onion rings which could make this dish a great sampler appetizer instead.

If you are looking for great food and a great atmosphere this is the place! My husband and I ordered the combination platter and the Alligator starter and shared both and couldn’t finish it all. Everything was delicious! Our waitress, Danielle, was very nice and did a great job checking on us. We spent $60 including a 20% tip and we had a couple beers on tab too.

Baked (?) Oysters with a garlic sauce was delicious, came with bread, had to ask twice, finally got it when I was finished! Raw oysters were good, Gumbo was a half a cup for $9. How do you serve Gumbo and don't have a spoon to go with it? Our table side"RAT TRAP", disgusting
....ugh! Maybe they should've put rat on the menu.
Took forever to get a check and then I took her to get our change.
NO BOTHER to go back!

Seating was fast despite the large crowd near by, food preparation was a bit slower than other restaurants. The chicken Alfredo pasta was delicious, chicken was char-grilled and very tasty, the pasta and sauce was perfectly seasoned and not too soggy. Also ordered the snow crab boil bowl which my children loved!
Only reason I didn't give this place a perfect rating is due to us not having silverware for the first 15 minutes after we received our meals. I had to get up from my seat and ask MULTIPLE staff members for silverware and crab leg crackers.

This is a must visit location in New Orleans. There was a bit of a wait time but it was well worth it. I was able to try charbroiled oysters for the first time and it was a game changer. It was delicious and the sauce was tasty. For my main course, I had the crab cake and gulf shrimp Alfredo. There was so much food and I was thankful for it because I was so hungry from walking around the city. The Alfredo was also delicious. I would recommend everyone to visit this place while in New Orleans. You won't be disappointed

The food is NOT good. Please don't eat here- it's a tourist trap. The shrimp was cooked terribly and impossible to peel (probably frozen shrimp) they were out of so much stuff and all of the food we had was mediocre. The hostess quoted a 30 min estimate (which granted I know it's an estimate- but we waited over an hour!!). Only giving two stars because the bloody Mary's were delicious and our server was friendly. Also beware-- don't go in the bathrooms! They are DISGUSTING

After walking around bourbon street looking for a restaurant to have dinner in the didn't involve waiting for 40-50 minutes we saw Pier 424. They had no line outside so we decided to try them out. My wife's only stipulation for dinner is that we got oysters.
Knowing we would be drinking and walking for most of the evening we decided to split a number of items instead of having a large dinner. We originally asked for oysters which they were out of so we ordered the Pick three to try a number of different dishes. We got the red beans and, craw fish étouffée, and andouille gumbo. When

This spot was a late night decision . We were both starving and tipsy and this was one of the few places still opened .
We ordered fried gator, oysters, fries ...
All gross . Really could not stand the food here. We were told its pretty hard to find bad food in New Orleans ... found some !
Thanks for being open tho , My thirst was quenched.

Guess who's bizack?! Bae and I have (finally) returned to NOLA for a much-anticipated visit and just had to stop at Pier424.
Despite it being over one year since our initial visit and post-COVID, the food and service were both amazing! The crab claws-- and sauce-- were just as delicious as we had remembered. In addition the hostess and gentleman who sat us (around 5pm on 11/16) were both super welcoming, and our server Corneal was friendly and funny!
Pier 424 will *ALWAYS* hold a special place in our hearts, even though we still don't know what's in the incredible mystery sauce

So not my favorite meal of new Orleans, but still a good spot for a last minute dinner choice! My friend and I picked it mainly because we could get a table on the upstairs patio and enjoy the vantage point for people-watching on Bourbon Street.
I ordered the Blackened Shrimp Plate- tasty, but just hard to compete with some of the other WOW meals we enjoyed while in town. Decent drinks and our server was fun and attentive.
