Hired this company to service our commercial shopping center. After a few weeks, Tenants started to complain about the poor condition of the landscaping. I contacted the landscaper, who said he was going to address the issues, but he never did. Actually, after the first call, he never returned any of my calls, text messages, or even emails. A complete disregard for others and utter lack of professionalism. Never again.

I am only give a 3 star just because of the friendliest. Otherwise I would rate a 1 or less. I made an appointment for Turf Masters to come to my house for some landscaping to be done. He was here and wrote up a contract for me on 9/5/27, stated he would call later for the date to come over. I called the 6th and he stated his team would be over 9/14/17 around 8 or 830. 9/14/17 came, nobody showed up, I called at 9 a.m. and had to leave a message for someone to call back, nobody even called me. I was given this company as a reference, I guess it pays to find your own, I will never call these people

These guys do the lawns at my apartment complex every week and every week I have the same problem with them. Instead of doing their jobs they like to stand around and laugh and giggle. They are constantly using inappropriate language while people have their windows open and children are outside waiting for the bus. It is completely unprofessional they way they act especially with all the cursing when there are several children in the neighborhood and many people like to leave their windows open.
