Niki at Watertight informed me two days before the day the install was to occur that I would be receiving a call the day of for a two hour window the plumber would arrive in. On the day of, the phone call was returned 20 minutes after it was missed and Niki was quite rude over the phone saying they would have to push it back to 1-3PM. 3PM rolls around and no plumber with already waiting for most of the day. At 3:10 I receive a phone call from a rude Niki again saying no one is at home. I inform her it was past the time frame stated and I can be back in a few minutes.

Recently moved to Wi. In February of 2019 and purchased a Queen Ann Victorian. The house never had a water softener, let alone proper plumbing fixtures for the exterior hose bib. Found Watertight through a referral from neighbor. My service person Greg was absolutely amazing. Professional, always on time and did a number of proper and much needed repairs adding not only a new water softener, but also assuring I had the proper emergency shut off valves, copper lines drawn in, and a drain tube that was extended across the basement into the drain tile. Alot if work, also added new copper fixtures

They lost my business within five minutes of speaking to Them on the phone. When I asked them to have the plumber confirm the right water heater was being delivered from Lowe’s and to please verify that it wasn’t damaged, the order taker I was speaking to decided she would rather argue with me that they are not affiliated with Lowe’s and wouldn’t accept any responsibility. I guess when your money isn’t green enough and you’re company is taking low bids from big box stores, this is what you can come to expect from the bottom. Losers.

We originally started working with this company through Lowe's, well Lowe's didn't have what we needed as it turns out. This company helped us determine what we needed and installed our water heater very quickly. We really appreciated their patience and help in finding us a new water heater. I would highly recommend.

Jeff did an outstanding job replacing my water heater, he came to my house and was able to complete the job in just a few hours. Also the communication between watertight watercare and my home warranty provider was great, i have no complaints. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

I just had Greg and Jeff out to my house to install a water heater. These guys were great! Friendly, fast, and professional. They get an A++++ from me and a 14 out of 10! I wish I had known about them before I bought from home depot. I do now though and I'll certainly use them directly in the future.
