I needed to clone and swap out my solid state drive and add more memory. I mean my SSD had 0 bytes left! I had the parts so it was just the standard service. Don provided great customer service and was so helpful! I went to get my speaker on my mac fixed, and he was able to do it, no problem. I had my phone and purse stolen a few days later and told him I was unable to pick up my computer until I was able to attain some funds. He was sympathetic and even tried to see if he could locate my phone using my computer and just wanted to help in general. Thank you Don for being kind and helpful!! My 8 year old Toshiba had seen better days, getting slower over the years despite all my best efforts. I finally decided to upgrade to an SSD. They recommended a 1 TB unit from Samsung. Advertised TAT is 5-7 days. It was ready on day 7. My prayers were answered. She's now a lot faster with more storage space. She's still not as quick as my 10 year old Dell, which also has a transplanted SSD but has a more robust i7 (Toshiba has an i5). A satisfied customer I am

I had an issue with my desktop computer where it would sometimes power on with the power switch and other times it would not work. I took my PC to Don at super geeks and it was actually one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with any store.
While Don could not identify the problem right away, he worked with me every step of the way to try and rectify the problem. He even came to my residence to try and work the problem from my end to see if the problem was something to do with my building.

I don't usually run into computer problems because I take pretty good care of my stuff, and I'm fairly tech-savvy. My son wanted to put together his first gaming pc but after all components were in place, it wouldn't boot up. Don was the first to respond to my request. He continued to keep me updated via text which I appreciated. Solid service and expertise. Location is convenient and parking is a breeze. I didn't really shop around but I think the price was fair.

Amazing, quick, efficient, and cost effective service! Called because my computer would not stop booting over and over again. They quoted me, said with covid it would take a little longer than normal(12 days, totally understandable with everything going on). Dropped it off Sunday at 4:45-4:50. By 2pm Tuesday afternoon I got a call from Don(awesome guy to say the least) saying they had figured out and fixed the issue. Was so fast and such nice staff!! Don't waste time going to other places(or trying to get ahold of them). This is the real deal!

This is the local place to go to for all computer-related repairs and data back-up issues! It's in a smaller office complex right next to Ross Dress For Less in Moiliili. I came here recently because one of my older external hard drives finally died (or something along these lines) and the computers I use at home would no longer read them. And there are a lot (and I mean a lot!) of photo and video memories that I really value. So thank goodness the folks at SuperGeeks came to the rescue and were able to salvage and transfer my data onto one of the spare external hard drives that I had. Prices

I had a relative with a failed hard drive. They recommended a replacement part and said it would be cheaper if I bought it online. I had the replacement in hand but knew I would never get around to replacing it and installing the operating system.
I brought it into Don and his team and they weren't able to recover any data, but they got the computer up and running in a couple of days. I was impressed because they said it might be a week. Great work and a great price. I will refer all my friends and family to SuperGeeks. I may never have to work on a computer again, and I'm thrilled.

My son's Seagate external hard drive no longer recognized his data & made beeping sounds. We dropped it off at SuperGeeks & I received a call from Don the following day. Unfortunately the data couldn't be recovered locally. However Don was extremely helpful in providing alternative options such as sending it to the Clean Room etc..The HD was still under Seagate warranty therefore he also provided info on how to file a claim & what may happen if the HD is sent for replacement / recovery. Don at Supergeeks saved the day ... my fiancé had his computer with him on a very long mission trip to Africa & it came back pretty messed up.
