Gary brings to the firm more than 40 years of experience in Accounting and Tax Preparation. As President of GS Accounting, Gary spent over 25 years working closely with his clients on all of their accounting and tax matters. Prior to GS Accounting, Gary was a controller of Banc Property Services Corp., a property management and construction company.
We welcome all individual and business income tax clients, from simple and organized returns to the most complex. Whether you have one W-2, or are self-employed with extensive investments and deductions, we are pleased to work with you to file your personal income tax returns. Our team can also prepare tax returns for Partnerships, S or C Corporations, or Non-Profit Organizations.
Do you have CPAs on staff? What's the difference between a CPA and an EA? Currently, we do have one CPA (Certified Public Accountant) on staff. However, we also have several members of our staff who hold the EA designation (Enrolled Agent).
The EA designation is the highest credential that the IRS designates directly, granting those members of our team full authority to practice in all tax matters including tax preparation, resolution, and representation in every State.The main difference between an EA and a Certified Public Accountant is that the EA designation grants us full authority with the IRS, but no authority with the SEC (while CPAs have both).

I have changed a lot over the past three years financially and Kaleigh has been there every step of the way. From having some W2s and a couple freelance gigs while in grad school to having a full time job with a successful freelance business on the side I’ve used this company through it all. Kaleigh rules at helping one to decipher the often confusing tax world. She really breaks things down for you in a way that everyone can understand. She is also quick to respond, especially when time is of the essence.
