They have limited loan options and terms. In addition they also change the offer that you qualify for. They do this by calling your phone after you have been approved for a loan. They tried to reel me in by approving me for an offer after a hard inquiry and then taking it back over the phone, only to give me a higher interest charge. They put hard inquiries on your credit report and also lie to customers.

After checking into many other places to get a loan to cover an existing debt where my APR was super high, was a major pain before I called Best Egg. Most places wouldn’t just deposit the funds into your bank account. Only a small percentage. Best Egg was super accommodating and it was no problem for them to direct deposit directly into my checking account so I could disburse the funds the way I wanted. The person that helped me was ver professional, easy to work with, no pressure and took care of my requests and needs all while taking the time to explain in details questions I was asking. A

Agree with previous reviews. They pre-approve then decline then say oh gee that was a mistake then decline again then explain it off by saying they are not "discretionary lenders"... I'll say. Only time I've ever been turned down for a loan. Customer service was also snarky and confused.
Wasted time and a credit check on them. Went to a different institution and was approved for the same amount in 5 minutes.

This company is the worst financial provider of installment loans I have ever done business with in my life. I applied for a loan for $35,000 with BestEgg as I borrower with a very high credit score (800+) and high income. I was initially approved for a loan and they stated they were ready to disburse the funds on my loan after verifying my income. I submitted my income promptly and expected the loan to disburse quickly thereafter. Instead, I received a response from Best Egg that they believed my income from my tax return was approximately 15% less than what I had put down. I found out over the

Don't trust this company. They lie, ask for all kinds of documents, then turn you down after you have been pre-approved. It took three contacts to get off their mailing /phone call list. I give them no stars; just trying to keep other people from making the same mistake I did.
