DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Our first order with them they mixed up the day while we had our crew waiting. The second order they mixed up the specifications on the concrete. I had a conversation with the owners wife about these mixups and all she could offer was "we never have these problems." Then my foreman called for a third order on 10/5/20, they LIED to him about their delivery schedule saying "we have 'the farmer' taking all our loads until 10/29/20". When I discovered they were indeed scheduling deliveries the days we wanted (any day the week of 10/12), I called back and spoke

This morning I was driving home down main. One of there mixing trucks passed me n threw a rock at my windshield, instantly cracked. I followed the mixing truck into there east main location and spoke with the driver who gave me the office number to sort the situation out. I called an older lady answered the phone and I explained what happened. She was immediately rude, saying he insurance company said that they are not responsible for any rocks kicked up by there trucks on the road, and hung up on me so I called back and asked to speak to the owner, which she told me she was, proceeded to tell

I called because I am looking to construct a new business site in western New York. I had a few questions and called and asked to speak with a manager. Right away the man on the other end was snappy and rude, and stated he's "not interested" and hung up as if I was selling something! I was looking for a good small company to help me build my next office, mainly because I love to support small businesses. But since the man that picked up thought I was some sort of telemarketer without even asking why I was calling was so very unprofessional. I said the name of my business and he automatically assumed
