Came to the office at the suggestion of an urgent care due to a sprained ankle. While the doctor and PA were helpful in treating my sprained ankle (which occurred from shoveling snow), I do think some sensitivity training is in order. Most large people don't like going to doctors to begin with due to fat phobia, and that's exactly what I dealt with. Was told if I lost weight it would help. My chart shows I'm suffering from medical issues, which contributed to weight gain, but I guess no one bothered reading that. Also not sure how my weight made me sprain an ankle while shoveling snow? When I arrived at the office I was given the costs for my visit up front and I paid before I even saw a doctor. I was told I would need an elbow brace which was provided to me by the office. Three weeks later I received a bill for $200 for an elbow brace that is sold at CVS for $25. I was never even given the option, or suggestion to get the brace elsewhere! When I called to complain I was told that they charge what medicare charges and they were completely unwilling to make things right. I will never go back to this office, nor would I recommend it to anyone without a trust fund. They should be

My experience was excellent; five star. I apparently have cellulitis in my right hand causing inflammation and pain and immobility in my thumb. I provided thorough history regarding the possible origins and causes of the symptoms I was experiencing and had a thorough examination of the affected area. An X-ray was also taken of the affected area. A tentative diagnosis was made and I was gven a 10 day prescription of an anti biotic. This is the third day on the antibiotic and I do see some improvement so I am greatly relieved and thankful for the care i was given. I have a follow-up visitation in

I was very disappointed with the doctor that was assigned to me. He didn’t care that the problem that I came in with a month ago was still existing his primary concern was that he had me out of work for a month and it didn’t fix the problem so here are 3 more meds to take and a note to return to work because if the time off didn’t fix the problem than the problem won’t be fixed.. Gee thanks I won’t be returning there for any future appointments
