Answered my call on a Saturday. Was upfront and honest about the type of service we can expect in regards to repair or replacement. We live in an apartment now but when we owned houses we called Felluca several times over the years. They were always quick, polite, efficient, and super helpful. My wife and I had a torsion spring break on us on Tuesday, didn't notice until Wednesday morning when I was trying to go to work. I called 4 places Wednesday night, Felluca overhead doors, Tracey door company, Roly-door, and RCHSTR Same day garage & spring repair, and left messages. Felluca called the next morning at 8:05, assessed the situation, quoted around $300, and could get a tech out that afternoon between 12 & 3. Only other company that called back was Tracey door company at 10:10 and they couldn't do the job until the 27th. Kind of hard when your cars are stuck in the garage. Anyway, Dave

We called at 11am on a Monday as the spring on our garage door broke over the weekend. They were able to give me an estimate while I was on the phone and scheduled the repair that afternoon. The technician arrived on-time, was very nice, quickly completed the repair and the final price was exactly as quoted. After scheduling the service, we received a call back from another company that we left a message for and the price from Felluca was also much better. If needed, we will be using Felluca again in the future! Thank you for the excellent service!
