Adam Little grew up on a small farm in rural North Dakota, where he honed a strong work ethic and a down-to-earth attitude. Adam received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biotechnology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND in 2008. Adam remains an avid supporter of the NDSU Bison.
Augustine was raised in Southern California. He returned to Omaha and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication from the University of Nebraska Omaha and earned his Law Degree from Creighton's School of Law.
Prior to practicing Divorce and Family Law, Augustine worked as an attorney in the Douglas County Public Defender Office, a Deputy County Attorney in the Civil Division with the Sarpy County Attorney, and a Contract and Administration Business Specialist for the Nebraska Medical Center.

Chris Pomerleau was born and raised in Council Bluffs, Iowa, graduating with athletic and academic honors as a first team all-state football player. Chris played college football and graduated as a routine member of the Dean's list at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
While attending law school at Creighton University School of Law, Chris concurrently obtained a Masters in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution at Creighton's Werner Institute, while graduating law school with the Severens-Mayer Award for Excellence in Mediation and best mediator at the Creighton University School of Law for the year 2010.

Prior to his arrival in Omaha, David Crum served as a law clerk in the United States Attorney's Office in Washington D.C., as a mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (E.E.O.C.), and as the managing attorney of a prestigious divorce and family law practice in the state of New Mexico Mr. Crum represents a wide range of family law clients around the state of Nebraska, in cases including divorce, child custody and support, property division, alimony, and division of retirement funds.
Hannah C. Sommers is a skilled and effective divorce and family law attorney. Hannah has worked exclusively in the area of divorce and family law since 2013. I worked with Greg Lake on my divorce. This is not a law firm that will promise you too much, cause consternation with shady tactics, try to confuse you with buzzwords, cost you money with unnecessary motions, and fail to deliver. They will always promptly notify you of all developments and ensure you have the correct level of control. Furthermore, while hiring a decent divorce lawyer is never inexpensive, Greg and Sydney worked very efficiently and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of monetarily.

I worked with Stephanie Oliver, she was the main person I spoke to. Meghan Wolf was my original Attourney- when she left in Oct 2021 Adam Little took on my case.
Both Adam and Stephanie worked hard to get my divorce finalized, they knew my goal was to buy my first home for myself and my kids.
Now I can do that, and move forward in life.

Megan Wolfe was a joke. As is Stephanie Oliver.
I started two cases for my children in Iowa and Nebraska last year.
My case was dropped for the father not pursuing a case. The case was dropped in May of this year. Both Megan and Stephanie continued to reach out to me and charge me until the end of September when Megan had Stephanie reach out via email to inform me Megan was leaving he practice she would be leaving me without legal counsel.
I may get a reply that they refunded however how do I know this is accurate if you were charging me for services after my case was dropped and then not telling

Greg was wonderful. He listened to me throughout the process, and always reassured me, when things looked unsure. He and his staff were always quick in getting back to me when I had questions or concerns. Sydney was always ready to listen to me "vent" when I was upset about the process. I was involved with having to go back to court for custody modification. I knew I needed a new attorney. Prayed and was led to Meagan Spomer. I put my retainer down the moment I left Meagan's office!
