At A Step Ahead Studio, we specialize in all styles of partnership dancing including swing, latin, ballroom and country western. We offer a fun, professional dance atmosphere for all levels and all ages. We have over 90 years of combined experience in dancing, teaching and wedding choreography. Your experience is sure to be the best.

The main goal of the highly trained and qualified instructors is to have you ready to get up out of your sear for any dance occasion. Starting with the very basics of "floor play", getting you ready for that social night out on the town, or choreographing your first dance as a married couple, we can do it all.

We offer private lessons by appointment during the day, evening or weekend. No partner is necessary to learn in your private lesson. We have years of experience choreographing first dances for weddings. Whether you are going for a natural lead and follow feel, detailed choreography or anything in between, we can accommodate any bride and groom.

We had Janice At our event she taught line dances to a group of people who are not all that great! Her smile her attitude positivity was off the charts! Love the dance studio love the employees of the energy highly recommend it!

We LOVE A Step Ahead! Courtney & Jason are awesome Instructors! My wife and I went to a Group Lesson for Two Step in January. This was something we've wanted to try for a long time, and we've had NO previous dance training (think 2 left feet for me). Had a great time, it was informative, really helpful. So we decided to go for Private Lessons with Courtney. She is an amazing teacher(and an even better person)! We could not be happier with them. My wife and I have learned so much, and have definitely improved thanks to Courtney & Jason.

Fantastic instructors. Classes are fun and not over crowded. They teach at good pace so everyo e can learn and have fun. And they have fun out of class get togethers where everyone can dance and have fun.

I really enjoy coming to dance here. The instructors make the group classes fun and are very thorough about explaining the proper form and technique for the dance they are teaching. The one on one private lessons are great. They really work hard to make sure you have the knowledge to perform the dance after the lesson is done.

Courtney is the best, we take private lessons and she's very welcoming and she's patient with us if we don't get it right away. They also have group lessons if you're into that. I highly recommend A Step Ahead Dance Studio.
