I just moved into my née home three weeks ago. The blinds had been working fine until yesterday. The previous owner left me a contact name and number if I had any problems. I called Jacob this morning and in the phone he walked me through how to trouble shoot them and re-program then. And now they are all working. Thank you Jacob for helping me. My husband and I worked with Marti at Heritage. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. She was knowledgeable, patient with my questions, kind, and helpful. These folks are terrific. Our old Hunter-Douglas vertical blinds needed repair, and Austin worked with the manufacturer to have our head rail rebuilt when a smaller part wasn't available. He installed the new head rail quickly and on a Saturday to accommodate our schedule. These are my go-to people for all of my blinds needs from now on. Highly recommended!

We moved into our home five years ago. There were no window coverings in our house, and we have many windows. We called Heritage blinds and they came out and gave us an estimate and we picked our fabric. We are more than satisfied with our window coverings from Heritage blind! Jake up has been more than accommodating to come out to our home when we were having new windows put in and take our blinds down, and come back and put them back up!!
