This home-centric philosophy comes out of our belief that Residents should be treated like people, not patients. They deserve respect due to someone with their wisdom and life experiences. Whether they need skilled nursing or assisted living services, in-patient treatment or out-patient therapy, we work with each individual to tailor a care plan that helps them feel well in mind, body, and spirit.

We believe in creating a real sense of home for seniors because this is our home, too. Brown Memorial Home has been in Circleville for more than a century, so we look at serving our Residents as serving the community. Helping them is helping our own family. That's why we are now - and have always been - a nonprofit rooted in faith.
Services
In 1894, six inspired women created a home-like healthcare facility for the elderly in Circleville, Ohio. Their idea was to offer nursing as much as nurturing, and companionship as much as compassion. Through their hard work and dedication, they transformed their vision into a nonprofit healthcare facility, then known as the Circleville Home and Hospital.
No matter what brings you here, we want you to feel you've made a life change that is positive and proactive. One where you'll experience nurturing as much as nursing, companionship as much as compassion, and a sense of coming home. We are proud to serve our community by providing quality physical, occupational, and speech therapies, including VitalStim, while offering a beautiful home-like setting in the heart of Circleville.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve the quality of life for our elders. Thank you for your generosity! Brown Memorial Home has remained steadfastly nonprofit, ensuring our balance sheet doesn't influence our ideals in offering supportive, nurturing care. We've spent decades evolving our practices and programs so they're as vigorous as our elders!

If your loved one is placed here, be advised they will only be getting 1 bath per week and no opportunity to daily clean themselves or brush their teeth if they are bed bound.
Not the care we expected!
Giving 1 star because they do serve meals....such as they are.

Short staffed all the time. management doesn't seek to promote from within, they will replace you with someone else just to avoid training. Lack of communication throughout whole facility. Super high turnover rate and long hours shady business practices. Underhandedness, as far as saying one thing and doing another. Not recommended

This was “home” to my dad for the last year and a half. Thankful for the loving care they gave him.
