There's only one place in Tallahassee that is not a "do-it-yourself" car detailing and car wash, and as much as would like to support that business, it just takes too long. Well over an hour, and one time close to two hours for one car. When my back went out last year, I called Shawn at Optimus. It had been six months since I'd been able to take care of our 10-year old Outback and our 15 year old M5 convertible, so I wasn't expecting much, just clean cars that didn't embarrass us. WOW! Shawn came on time, finished on time and my car is now sparkly clean. More important than how it looks is how it smells and it doesn't smell like anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, I guess it smells clean, if clean is a smell. I should have done this two months ago instead of living with the smell of used car cigarette smoke!!

Shawn revamped how my old 2001 Camry looks with the Supreme Detail service. He is responsive and arrived early. After I gave him my keys, he let me know it would take around 2 hours. And wow! It looks better than I can remember! He paid attention to the exterior of my car, which had some portions where paint came off. If needed, you can also get a clay bar treatment for an additional fee.

I am so happy my 2018 Rogue looks better than when I drove it off the lot. Shawn is so meticulous, he even got the dust out of my air vents I never thought of that. I had Shawn detail my boyfriends car when he was out of town. He did such a fabulous job that I had him back two days later to do my Miata. Shawn has amazing attention to detail. He is very careful to make sure everything is done thoroughly and correctly. No piece of dust or dirt un-found! He also uses very high-quality products. Friendly and yet very professional. I would highly recommend!
