Cool little place ... Nice gear and uniforms and equipments.. I liked it over there at that store ...
The guys who work there are friendly and polite.... they addressed me as sir all the time... they are very friendly and knowledgeable...

Nice place chock full of whatever you might want. Really friendly and helpful employees. Plenty of gear to quench your gadget thirst, plenty of tactical clothing. Very clean and organized store. Would recommend for all your needs.

The BEST cop and tactical shop ever!!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Ive been in so many shops across the states, this one by far the best one. Definitely worth the drive. If you looking for a shop where you be treated like a customer then look no more.

I just started an EMT program and went into this store to grab some things for my clinical rotations. I had never been there before and wasn't sure what to expect. I'll admit, I was intimidated walking into the store because I had no idea what I was doing. I was greeted immediately as I walked in and asked if they could help me find something. I replied, "Yes sir, I am looking for Navy Blue tactical pants." The gentleman said, "Okay. They're right this way," and proceeded to show me where the pants were. There were two different options and he went over the differences

Very nice staff here. They were kind and helpful throughout my walkthrough of their store. I will be coming back here. There was ALOT OF GEAR available that my personal gun dealer just doesn’t have.

They were very knowledgeable and a great help. Will continue doing business with them even though I live in Galveston. Also just the right amount of friendly. I was able to get all my gear needed for my job and the even carry female tactical uniform pants ladies. Excellent selection.

Thought it was awesome service, at first, but discovered that an employee had sold us a more expensive product of less quality than another. Our purchased product frayed & even began unraveling a bit. Went in for another, but during all the browsing found a better firmer product & it was $10 less.

Rick and company always have smiles as they greet you. I have had all my questions answered and if something is not in stock, they will order it for you and call you when it arrives. Love this place!

The sign on the window says open to the public, however when I walked in both salesmen barely felt the need to greet me. I walked to the gun counter inquiring about a firearm and once again the employee behind the counter barley looked up from his paperwork and recomended I just go to a firing range. There was no greeting, no information about the products they had, no customer service. I felt unwelcome and immediately left. Thanks for nothing I thought as I walked out.

This looks like a pattern of poor service. Management should address this immediately, it is no way to run a buisness.

Went in there to buy some tac pants. Walked in and three employees were standing at the counter, neither one of them looked up to greet me. I was looking around the store for a certain brand of pant and it took 10 plus minutes for someone to ask if I needed something. The short little bald guy with braces and his pants tucked into his boots is completely freakin clueless. The taller guy with the goatee just stood in one spot on his phone the whole time. Horrible customer service. It sucks because that's the only place around me, now I'll have to drive into houston.

First class organization all the way around. Whether you're a civilian, military, fire/rescue, EMT, or police this is the place to go. I recently conducted a benefit for an injured officer and Rick Fernandez, the owner bent over backwards to help us raise money. Everyone in the entire staff was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Unlike other specialty stores that try and make you feel like you're bothering them you are treated as a friend in this store. I can't wait for this store to open more locations to serve the people of the Houston area.

I bought a gift certificate for my husband's baby glock. They assured me that they do not double sell guns and it would be ready for my husband to pick up after Christmas. He went to get the gun and they conveniently had double sold it. So now I have a gift receipt, no gun, and therefore no gift for my husband. They ruined my Christmas gift. Now we have to wait until they get around to ordering another one. Worst customer service experience! Will never go back there!!
