Building owners should be inspecting, testing and maintaining their sprinkler systems in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 25 for the Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems. NFPA 25 places the responsibility for proper maintenance on the owner of the system.
Diboco has specialized in fire protection contracting for more than 30 years. Our mission is to save lives and protect property through comprehensive design, installation and service. Our services are all completed in-house by our experienced and knowledgeable sales team, designers, fabricators, installers and inspectors.
Never paint any fire sprinkler heads or sprinkler escutcheons. Never hang anything from any part of a fire sprinkler system. Never stack items close to sprinklers. Maintain a minimum clearance of 18 below the sprinkler deflector to the top of any storage or obstruction. This keeps the spray patterns of the sprinkler clear and free to fight fires.

Buyer Beware. If you could imagine the worst TOOL you ever encountered on a professional or social basis, and multiplied that by a scale factor of 10X; you'd be somewhere close to the Personality, People Skills, and overall Demeanor of their License Holder and Salesman ...Robert Blythe. The man makes Ebeneezer Scrooge Look like Mother Teresa. If you EVER have to speak to him about ANYTHING....I'll pray for you...you Poor Poor SOB. Good LUCK!!!!

Terrible. Run fast and go elsewhere. Charged over 500 to turn off the system. had no tools to remove the head. Claimed it took 2 people at 65/hr with 2 hours of travel. Useless and NOT told upfront about 2 people and crazy charges. Called to discuss and they were not caring at all.
