Services
The Occupational Health Centers provide quality, timely and cost-effective occupational health care to more than 1,000 corporations in the stateline area from our four locations in Beloit, Janesville, and Darien Wisconsin, as well as Roscoe, Illinois. We also coordinate services with the Physical Medicine Department to provide comprehensive injury, pre-employment ability screening and return to work management.
Occupational nurse specialists are dispatched to your plant to treat individual work-related injuries. The nurse can treat the majority of the injuries on location. This means there is no need to travel to a medical treatment facility, which results in less wait time, improved employee relations, extended hours for services, and assistance with OSHA recordkeeping.
Arrangements can be made for an entire division or fleet of employees to be examined on the same day or by individual appointments as schedules dictate. Federal Department of Transportation regulations require random urine drug screening and breath alcohol testing for the transportation industry.

The Occupational Health Centers are affiliated with a SAMSHA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) approved reference laboratory for drug testing.Breath alcohol testing is conducted on DOT approved equipment by certified Breath Alchol Technicians (BAT's). A careful and confidential collection and analysis of specimens is conducted with results provided to the employer as outlined in the Federal Regulations.
Any person traveling to a foreign country faces health risks not normally found in the United States. Of course, Americans traveling to Western Europe, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand are usually at no greater risk than at home. Many other countries however, pose an increased risk or likelihood of acquiring infectious diseases.
The Occupational Health, Sports and Family Medical Center in Beloit has everything you would expect at a first-class medical facility.

For our business clients we offer the following health services including, Pre-placement physical exams, pre-placement diagnostic screenings, substance abuse testing, DOT physical examinations, OSHA medical surveillance testing, health promotion/wellness events, worker compensation case management, job-site analysis for safety and ergonomic issues, mandatory OSHA training, consultation services on topics such as ADA or BBP standard, foreign travel immunization service, work site hearing tests and noise level analysis, employee assistance programs, industrial rehab, and back care program.
