After my review, this company did reach out to me to make amends for the situation I previously wrote about. I definitely am very pleased with how everything turned out in the end. After my experience the company made some policy updates that I believe will not only be beneficial to them but for future customers. Overall, I would probably book with them again. We booked OC party bus for 12 people to get to LAX airport from Newport Beach area. They were efficient, nice, courteous, easy to book with, the bus was super clean, the price was right and well worth it!

I had a great experience with party bus group. Jen who helped me book the bus was wonderful and answered all of my unending questions until the day of the event. She was super patient and very efficient. Michael was very efficient and kind as well.... He gets 10 stars!

I was not happy with the service at all. The pick up was supposed to be at 4:30pm. The driver calls me at 4:36 pm saying his bus broke down and won't get there till 5:30pm. This was a wedding event not only were they super late and due to traffic we didn't get there till 7:30pm. The fact that they called me past the pick up time was not acceptable. The event started at 6pm and we were hosting it and needed to be there earlier. The guests were waiting for us to arrive and couldn't go inside. There is multiple parts to my review. I'll list the pro's and cons, to give a fair and honest rating.
Pro's : The bus was clean, the driver stayed close by to all drop off locations so we could call him back quick, and the bus came with multiple ice stations to keep our drinks cool. Bluetooth for music was great, fun lights, nice seats etc. everything you'd expect for a fun party bus. Friendly driver- it was actually the manager who had to jump in last minute and be our driver! We enjoyed ourselves.
Con's: here is why 2 stars are taken off. We booked the bus back in

The party bus itself was great! We got it for my friend's wedding and we had ana amazing time!
The problem is the customer service...
I left something on the bus. It was a bag with over $250 worth of clothing that I had changed out of before the party bus. I tried calling the Long Beach number multiple times the day after the bus and they never answered or return any of my calls, even after I left multiple voicemails.
Since they weren't answering I decided to call the main number for the company. They answered and when I explained the situation they assured me that they would get ahold of the

I was so hopeful when I spoke to the operator at Party Bus group and I booked my reservation for a bachelor party in Laguna Beach. However, the day of, things took a bad turn.
The dispatcher called me to inform me that the driver that was suppose to take care of us that night had called in sick and that they couldn't have a replacement show up till 9pm. This wasn't too big of a deal since our pick up was 8:30, however, when he should up the bus was NOT in good condition. The seat at the back were all worn down and the normally black seats were now light grey, the shades didn't work

I’m a little annoyed at the fact that I contacted them for quotes...received a message from “Jennifer” asking about my pickup time, destination, number of hours etc...gave her as much information as I could to at least get a “quote” like stated....NEVER heard back from her. I then went ahead and called the number from their website since she was no help, and literally did not get through the phone line...I called over 5 times throughout the day for a representative and have been sent straight to voicemail. Everyone from the Party Bus Group was a pleasure to deal with. The Classic Legend 30 seater bus arrived on time and came stocked with fresh ice and cups. I have worked with Party Bus Group for my party bus rentals these past 2 years and haven't worked with any other company since! All of our events are based out of Long Beach and we go to either Hollywood, Orange County or tour around Long Beach. Our most recent one was to Time Nightclub in Orange County and the service was amazing. Bus was clean, on time, and stocked with party bus essentials. Great staff, great company, and great rates if you're looking for Party Bus rentals.

Called them with very short notice, as my company decided to get us a party bus last minute for our company dinner that same night. With only a 2 hour notice, they were able to book us in their brand new party bus! Beautiful bus, equipped with changing ceiling lights, lasers, hardwood floors, a stripper pole and comfy leather seats. Will definitely be using them for future events!!

Finding an amazing party bus that was updated, had a good sound system and could comfortably fit 30-40 adults for my brothers engagement party was my main priority when researching companies and we found exactly what we wanted + more with this company.
