I called this particular insurance company recently while in the process of purchasing a new car, so we'd decided to go ahead and shop around for a new (and cheaper) auto insurance policy while we were sitting around waiting on the car lot. The few different people that we had the "pleasure" of talking to were just rude as hell and not one of them could answer any of our questions. One after the other had to send us to the next person, that person would send us to the next, and so on until we'd spoken to almost everyone who worked there. At least that's what we thought, but NO there was one more

In my line of work there are many people that I depend on to keep things going. There are times where some can not be totally counted on, Younts Insurance is not one of them!
