Jay was amazing. Picked up the stuff from our condo and handled all insurance issues with the HOA. Scheduling was a breeze. He showed up right on time. Professional white glove service at a better price and sooner pickup date than other places I called. Native English speaker! Very professional and nice guy. I’ll definitely hire him again.

We called Jay on a Friday morning to remove a dead refrigerator and he worked around our schedule to give us a workable time Saturday. Mid-Saturday morning, he called to give me an update as to his arrival time and came by not long after. He and his helper then worked to get the refrigerator out, requiring a bit of work because the door to the garage proved a tight fit. Throughout the process, Jay was professional and amicable. And the price was right. We certainly will use 24-7 Junk Removal for future large item removals.

I contracted 24-7 Junk Removal to remove junk from my grandparents' yard and they did a phenomenal job. There were some scheduling complications early on, but they were more than accommodating and were able to reschedule the pick-up promptly. The responsiveness of the company is the best yet. The phones don't go to voicemail and they get back to you in a timely fashion each time they promise to.

Quick response and job well done! I reached out to Jay via email and he responded within 30 min. We arranged a time that was convenient to my schedule to remove a heavy pull out coach. Jay and his team arrived on time and did a great job. I just wish more businesses were as friendly and customer focused. I would highly recommend them for any hauling job.

Out of all the 24/7 trash removal companies I called at 3am (about 5), Jay was the only one who answered and stayed true to his advertisement. I was super thankful for his service. His price was super reasonable, in fact I feel like I got a great deal for the amount of junk he removed. I had a couch, tons of drywall, a bath tub etc. It was almost a truck full. Super friendly, ahead of schedule and quick at removing the junk. Thank you Jay!! I definitely recommend this company.

24/7 Junk removal is an awesome company. They tackled a very tough job for me with ease. The crew on deck is very professional, courteous and more than anything hard working. No job to big or too small. They came out to my property and cleaned out a shed full of books that would have taken others all day. Once they started, the crew jumped right in and knock the job out in a matter of an hour. Manager and crew are top notch....high recommend you them for any clean up job you may have.
