I've been a client of Chadd's for years and can say that I fully recommend him and his office if you are looking for great customer service and a friendly and professional agent.They've worked with me on my different policies and getting the best discounts available. I've had multiple instances where I contacted the office with a request and got a fast and helpful response. This is the type of agent you want when dealing with your important insurance needs.

New to Dallas! I called in to get my auto insurance switched over and Amy was the rep that helped me out with everything. She was very helpful and got me squared away with everything I that needed. She even provided me with some insight and food recommendations for the area :) All in all, the service was friendly and professional. I feel rest assured now knowing that this agency has my back. Insurance is insurance but it’s valuable to have great customer service to go along with it. Thanks for everything.

Great working with Chadd. Contacted me when rates were not reasonable at first. Contacted me about 6 months later with updates and we are working with him now. Really easy to communicate and very responsive with him or his agents. Would recommend him, he can at least give you a quote let you know how he can help!

I like this Insurance Agent a lot. They contact me and provide all information that I need for automobile and home insurance. I compare the rate to my current policy and I was able to save a good amount of $$$ for a year coverage. I have switched to Chadd Kawata State Farm agent very happy with it. If you look for good rate of automobile or home or others, you should contact Chadd Kawata - State Farm agent for a quote.

REALLY impressed already!!! I've been with State Farm since moving to Texas 5 years ago. My previous agent was Paul Baker whom I believe has passed away so I got assigned to a new agent. Gave him a call today to ask about adding my boyfriend onto my policy and Mr. Chadd himself answered the phone! He was super friendly, very helpful, and answered all of my questions.
Not to knock Paul Baker as I never talked to him or interacted with him in any way, but last year I was very close to switching car insurance companies after being involved in an at-fault accident and just the nightmare of dealing
