Once a Specifications Manual is submitted, the only changes free of charge are those required by the flag. Paige is our Lead Designer and has been with us for the past 9 years. Before she became "AmeriFabulous", Paige was the nationwide Showroom Designer for residential furniture giant Crown Mark (of Houston, TX) and a highly sought-after residential Interior Designer.
Please note, lead times may vary based on fabric availability at the time of order confirmation. Both Pre-Measure and Installation Service costs are calculated based on location and quantity of rooms. We will accept an E-mailed or Faxed copy of the check for order confirmation while the actual check is being mailed to our office.

I received a mailer advertisement for bedding products. I called and was transferred to the sales department. I explained that I own multiple hotels and would like to order a bedding sample, and even pay for it. I was asked by the sales person if they "could call me back in 5 minutes?" Kind of odd request, but sure. I gave my number to her and here I sit 30 minutes later with no call back. Well you got my attention with the ad you mailed me, I called and you failed to complete the sale and possibly establish a lengthy relationship of repeat business.

If it was possible I would not even give these people a one star!! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible customer service... even the GM does not have the simple courtesy to call back.... others have messages on their voicemail that are 5 moths old... no one returns your call... I placed an order in May 2015 ... it is now May 2016 and I still have not received my complete order. And what has been delivered is horrible quality.
