I will admit that I don't buy cars often enough to be familiar with the game and maybe my experience today is just how things work, but I'm just naive enough to think my husband and I were lied to and dealt with unfairly.
I pointed out that the seats of the Kia Sportage I had my eye on were not heating and cooling properly. The service specialist contacted KIA and IDENTIFIED THE CAR BY ITS VIN NUMBER and was told the car should have the option on both the driver's and front passenger's seats. The sales rep we had been speaking with and the service specialist both told us they would investigate

I had a bent rim on my car which was causing a vibration when traveling down the highway. I reached out to James in the service center and within no time, he had it lined up to get it fixed. While my car was there, I had an oil change done and a car wash as well. James was extremely helpful and makes every customer feel like a priority; a feeling that is hard to come by these days. My car rides very smooth now and I was VERY impressed with my car wash from the detail center. Thank you to James, Mrs. Gabrielle Webb, and the rest of the employees at GAC!
