AV Specialists did a TV/Surround Sound total install for us recently and I have to say how pleased we were with their service ! Our salesman, Joe Cook, helped us tremendously with selecting the products that would work best in our home. The installation tech’s, Eric and Tim, were absolutely top notch and did a fantastic job !! They were extremely knowledgeable on all of the products and were very organized and fastidious as they worked through the various stages of the installation. For over 5 years I have struggled with my home video/audio system since it was it installed. It was installed by a company that I will not name. The equipment except for the TV never performed the way I knew it could. After many years of frustration I was considering a sound bar but someone suggested I contact AV Specialists in Tucson. I have used AV Specialists in two homes to set up all my tvs, surround sound, and wifi network. They do a thorough and professional job and I've always been happy with the results. They are also very responsive if I have ever needed an equipment repair or an update. I would recommend them for any home installation.

AV Specialists installed a home theater in a shared room (combination living room/theater). They installed Atmos speakers in the ceiling, ran back wires, etc. It was all done in an extremely professional manner, the techs were completely knowledgeable and the installation was excellent. I would recommend AV Specialists to everyone. There are none better and you will be very happy with their work. I have a little more I want to do and they will be the company to do the work, no question.

We had an incomplete, ineffective system installed in our church hall. Gregg from AV Specialists met with us and proposed an affordable system that would meet our specifications. AV Specialists met proposed deadlines, corrected problems left by the previous contractor, did not exceed the quote and had installers who were professional and courteous. The staff has also responded to our questions regarding function and operation even as install has been completed for months.

Hired this company to hook up a new Home Theater Receiver and was not happy about some charges or system performance. Contacted company and was told they would send out a more experience technician to evaluate the complaint. No one had shown up after two months, even after additional contacts, so I had to hire a second company to reconfigure my system in order to get desired results. AVS refused to negotiate any financial resolution, so I'm just out the money paid them.

AV Specialists did an outstanding job in my home. The entire process was a pleasure. A proposal was given months ahead of time and we never felt pressured in any way. All the information given was precise and complete. The actual installation was done a by a team of men that were obviously skilled and experienced. It was perfect. I would recommend this team any time whether it is a residential or commercial job.
