The nurse practitioner Jazmin for me personally has been incredible for caring. I have had many injections and 17 surgeries. Jazmin has been the best in taking good care of my knees her injections are painless. I highly recommend her. I will not go to anyone else. Im currently in the process of scheduling a total knee replacement with the best Orthopedic and team.

Dr. Johnson is an exceptional doctor! He has taken care of my joints for years and I have been very happy. He is very thorough. He will answer questions I didn't even ask. In addition to medical treatment, he'll even talk about diet and exercise to help in my treatment. He doesn't just focus on the medicinal aspect. I have always walked out very informed about whatever I go in for. His bed side manner is cool.... he makes you feel at ease when he is about to put you into surgery. Very professional in every aspect that concerns a doctor. I have and will continue to recommend him!

I feel sorry for those who had a bad experience with this physician's office. I had a very good experience pre and post surgery. Dr. Johnson was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what my issue was before surgery. Afterwards, he gave information about the procedure that he did. The nurse practitioner who saw me was understanding and showed empathy and concern for me as well.

Dr. Johnson gave great bedside manners and his staff greeted meet at the door and was very professional through out my visit. Being a high profile patient they made me feel very comfortable and my ACL surgery went perfect. After rehab I was back in the NFL and playing for the LA Chargers !!

Love Dr Johnson and I am forever grateful to him. He was God sent to save my husband's life just in time before a flesh eating bacteria killed him. He had to perform 3 leg surgeries before making him better. Now 2 years later my husband is struggling with other health issues but thanks to Dr. Johnson's prompt medical care he gave my husband another chance to live.

The reason I'm only giving four stars instead of five is that I never met Dr. Johnson and this was my first visit and I would have like to meet the person who care I would be under. I met with his PA and she is awesome, she listened she showed compassion she was very knowledgeable and a big plus for showing me how much she care and wants me to get well and active. I can also said the same for the office staff, they were very Polite and helpful and friendly. I just wish Dr. Johnson had took the time just to introduce himself and say hello.

Keith doctor is a good doctor but him ministration secretaries appointment people they are the worst in the world. They don't return your phone calls after you leave a message. You get to their office and they ignore you and they're always upset about something in their life is insted of concentrating on the patience.
If his administration doesn't have compassion for those who are there to see the doctor they shouldn't be working there in the first place. Bottom line he's a good doctor but his staff sucks.
We will never return to Dr Keith R Johnson's again....

If I could I would give zero stars. From the beginning it's been a nightmare. First visit I wanted three hours past appointment and had to reschedule. Then on surgery day I was told to be there at 11 he showed up two hours late for surgery. The Monday following surgery I called to see if I could get something better for the pain and was told he was in clinic and would call back Tuesday went by and no call back. It got to the point I went to the er and was told to get in on Friday to see him. Called the office and he was in surgery but they would call in a prescription. Here it is now 2:00 and the

Call for an appointment and was told my insurance was accepted. I had broken my wrist. I was given an appointment a week out to allow the swelling to go down. I sign in and told they don't take my insurance and if I want to be seen I can pay cash. So I waited a week with a broken wrist to be told they don't take my insurance. The receptionist was very rude. And could care less about their mistake. And keep saying "pay cash and will see you". Dr. Johnson is a business. All about making money!

The doctor did not have good bedside manner and didn't really explain anything about what was going on. The two office visits since surgery have had excessive wait times (in excess of 3 hours). The staff is friendly though.
UPDATE: We had another follow up today and I had to update my review. The wait was much better but the doctor was worse. We told him my son was still in pain and as i was still talking to him he turned and walked out of the room. I hope we NEVER have to deal with him again.
