A consultation is necessary to determine whether or not bankruptcy is even a good idea. For the most part, bankruptcy is available for all people and entities, it is just finding the right chapter to make the right fit. Bankruptcy is a Constitutional provision that allows people to discharge (receive forgiveness) of some or all of their debt.
One of the concerns regarding bankruptcy is the cost. In the larger scheme of things, the cost really is not that much; but to an individual on the brink of broke, it is huge. Here are our costs for the typical bankruptcy. These rates are very comparable for quality work in Idaho with an attorney. I will warn that too much variation should raise some flags to quality.

Paul Ross really helped my elderly father and his wife through their bankruptcy. His assistant, Tia, was always available and was there to answer any questions and went over the moon to assist us with any difficulties we had. It was a very difficult time for our family, but thanks to the helpful staff at Paul Ross' office, we were able to navigate through the end of the bankruptcy period.

I will be forever grateful to Paul and his staff who helped my wife and I during our filing of personal chapter 7 and closing our business. He was very understanding and helped us through out the whole process. He was timely in answering our questions and our concerns and treated us with the up most decency and professionalism during a very low point in our lives. Going into to Court, he was very prepared and we thank god that he was our attorney during our court appearance. We had 10 cases come before our case came up and seeing what the other counsels missed helping their clients was astonishing
