Neroli Spa & Beauty Lounge is the creation of Suzanne Aiman Owen, an entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in the Spa & Beauty industry.

After a decade of working in spa/salon development, and sales & education for AVEDA, under its founder and then post-acquisition by Estee Lauder Companies, Suzanne's first spa start up in 2001 - Relax & Rejuvenate - focused on bringing spa services to hotel guests nationwide and became the engine behind the hotel industry's first brand-wide spa services program for Kimpton Hotels, now servicing over 60 hotels in 23 cities nationwide.

Sepideh is truly a hair genius! I had a huge hair color issue from another salon and she came in and fixed it beyond what I thought was possible! She’s a true hair artist! Not only has she saved my hair and made it healthy again. But she’s also taught me so much about skin care and prioritizing self care. She is such an amazing hair stylist. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair now! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

Extremely nice staff and pleasant atmosphere. However the haircut I received was the exact opposite of what I asked for I was cutting off 10-12 inches of hair and I asked for it to remain below my collar bone with it shorter in the front and longer in the back. I walked out with a bob above my shoulders with it longer in the front and shorter in the back. Hair grows but I am extremely unhappy with the final cut I received. Unfortunately this was something I couldn’t control in the process because she round brush curled my hair before cutting it and I couldn’t view the cuts until I went home

I have had facials and massages here. Both services are very relaxing and I've liked the results of the facials. The spa is comfortable and clean, and spacious so you never feel too close to another client while you're here. Would definitely recommend

I bought a massage pack package right before COVID. I was told there was no expiration. Now being told my package expired and there's no way to add the credits back to the system. I lost a decent amount of money. I will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

I had a most wonderful experience. I arrived early and they immediately attended to me. Each member of the staff was friendly. My hair stylist, Eva, really listened to what I wanted and she DELIVERED. I haven't been able to find time to get a hair cut in a long time and she made me feel like a new woman. I also received services from Angelica. She did my brow waxing. She was very professional and walked me through the process-as it was my first time.

My wife and I have both been to Neroli multiple times for other services, but never for massages. Needless to say this experience lived up to our other experienced. The deep tissue massages were functional yet relaxing, and the experience before and after waiting in the lounge was delightful.

I was going in for a consult but because of inclement weather I called ahead to ask if they were still doing appointments; they said yes but reminded me that we could also do a virtual call which I did! Went in for a consult a deep tissue massage. The consult with Suzzanah went perfect and she answered all my questions about the services offered.
The massage was great and they worked out all my kinks. The atmosphere was perfectly calm and tranquil!

It’s a must to visit for your self care and/or special occasion. Absolutely felt welcomed and relaxed the entire time. Alexis was super amazing with her massage as she catered to my needs how I wanted and listened to my body during the stress fix massage. I fell asleep and woke up feeling blissful and not too sleepy or oily! Jenna did my hair beautifully as she knows a lot about the natural curl. I have natural curly hair and didn’t really know but I knew had wavy. I learned something new and that’s always a plus for me! Here’s my hair before and after! Thank you!!

Came in during Covid and was pleasantly surprised by the calm, tranquil feeling, and lack of crowding. Staff wore their masks the entire time and stagger appointments to avoid client crowding. Reasonable prices, no pressure to buy, and helpful kind staff. I will be back here a lot in the future!

Had a lovely first visit to Neroli! Who would've known that tucked right off of Main St would be a beautiful and relaxing oasis?

When I walked in I was greeted warmly and led downstairs to a relaxation area where there was water, tea, coffee and light snacks. It was so nice to just sit there and look into the courtyard. I love how minimalistic, clean, and bright the spa is.
