We've been using Powell Insurance at our office for at least 3 years. With our prior insurance company, it would sometimes take 3 days for a response back from a call or email. With Matt Powell's office, we've been met with nothing but honesty, integrity, and a sincere desire to do the best work they can for their clients. If I send an email during working hours, Phyllis will have a response sent in less than 10 minutes.
I hope we never change companies....there's no way to find one better than this!
