I cannot recommend this company enough! Dave was very patient with me and helpful. He designed and made a railing from an example that I loved on the website and needed to have altered to fit my situation and meet code. He made it and installed it in under 2 weeks and it is beautiful and fits with my house and garden very well!

We provide a number of welding and fabricating services, wrought iron products, shop and field welding, railing repair, and installation. Our priority is to provide the highest standard of care, quality, and service in our field, and to assure your purchase will stand the test of time. I have seen their work and not only is it the highest of quality it is also gorgeous! From experience I will also say the Shegstads are honest hardworking people-the kind of people you can trust! I highly recommend them! Lauren and Dave were fantastic to work with from beginning to end. They got back to me quickly for an initial quote, had an enormous variety of styles of railings to choose from, and got the work done very quickly.
Dave never oversold or interfered with my initial idea. When we ran onto a unusual design issue he asked me to come to his shop and showed me options to resolve what could have been a problem. His patience and understanding was remarkable. He was always concerned that from initial design to final installation it looked exactly as I had imagined.
Our shop provides both off and on-site repair, and general welding services. Don't need a new railing? Consider railing restoration. We can repair or replace worn or damaged railing posts, scrolls, castings, missing pickets, post shoes, etc. Gate repair, repainting, and complete ironwork removal are also available.
