This summer, late at night, the cool air at my mom’s house stopped working. A technician arrived within 30 minutes of calling and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Right Away AC, my family and I didn’t have to wait till morning to get it fixed. We appreciate their help and will be using their services for our future HVAC needs!

Used Right Away AC for the installation of our total HVAC System during our complete remodel of our Palm Desert home. 2 Roof Top HVAC units, Ducting, Vents, and Thermostats. They are professional, polite, trustworthy and stand by their word. Install was done clean & efficient, and the new system works amazing and nearly silent. Would not hesitate to use them again!

Our granddaughter's ac went out Saturday night. Her apartment was 95 degrees, so she needed immediate service. The handyman was useless. I called three A/C repair shops, but Patrick is the one who responded. By the way, it's Monday and I still haven't heard back from the other two.
Patrick said that he'd go out within one hour, which he did. He accidentally crossed lines and had to replace the motor. He came back with a new motor and installed it for free. No charge for the motor or installation! Who does that???? Answer-Patrick. The AC works great. We are extremely grateful

So let me start by saying that PATRICK IS DA BEST!!! We were in Palm Springs for da weekend and da damn AC went out during a heat wave...here we are at 9:00 at night and da house was 92 degrees!!!! Oh wutda hell!!!! Da owner of da house was on it lick-a-dee split...after calling 5-6 different place "RIGHT AWAY AIR" came through...Patrick was very professional & after about an hour and a half hallelujah we had cold air again!!! Did I mention that it's a FRIDAY night...so big ups to Patrick!!!! I would definitely call dem when your in a jam or just plain call dem!!!!

But for a perfect score… the 2x/yearly service contract seemed $$$ @ $159. Worse: the price to service my 2 units: 2 x $159 😳 no bundled price?! Flo from Progressive would be apoplectic rn. Also, googling or whichever engine Nextdoor uses produced 4 Right Away listings and more than one phone number — “Housekeeping!”
(I’ll update if I’m hired for Marketing, or at least Copywriting.)

The Right Away Air Conditioning team that came to our house was professional. They explained the process of the duct cleaning to allow us to make the necessary adjustments to continue our work from our home offices. They did a great job of cleaning up after the duct cleaning and adding insulation to the area over our garage. Our clean-up was minimal, and for the type of work they completed, surprised us. We were thankful. As well, Patrick and staff who set up the appointment were helpful and flexible to find a time that worked into our schedule. Great work!

I panicked when my AC went out. I called a few places and they either didn’t answer or couldn’t service it right away. I called Right Away and Patrick answered with a very friendly and helpful demeanor. He took the time to walk me through potential issues and solutions, and even offered me some possible costs to help ease my mind. A tech was at my door in 20 minutes (this was at 7pm on a weeknight). The tech was professional and knowledgeable, explained the issue and fixed it quickly and cleanly. He also recommended a few little tweaks

In 2019, I scheduled a tune-up (-Performance cooling test-Clean condenser coil-Clean condensate drain-Clean condensate pan-Clean blower compartment, return, and airdrop-Filter change out-Clean return air grille-Lubricate fan motors and moving parts-Clean, level, test and calibrate thermostat-Measure voltage and amperage-Inspect & test transformers, relays and controls)

This is a long overdue review of a terrific business. Patrick and his crew did a wonderful job of rehabilitating my A/C units which were in dire need of help after about 25 years of deferred maintenance. Patrick is a very unique person who is totally dedicated to his craft and uses state of the art techniques and equipment.
They fixed my HVAC equipment, sealed my conduits and left me a very satisfied home owner. I recommend Right Away to anyone looking for quality and fine workmanship.
