As with any good founding story, ours started when an idea, a passion, and immense drive all serendipitously came together in the form of a Oakland-based business - Codecrew. Passionate about making the world a better place through her skillset, she found that she could leverage her impressive design background and immense creative abilities to help forward-thinking brands get the word out about what they do.
I feel like I really need to tell a story before being able to jump in here. We're a white glove service and we're masters of our craft. We really love building everything from the ground up and believe that this is the best, most sustainable way to increase ROI over a prolonged period of time.

Email marketing has become very technical over the years and while it may be effective for some businesses to develop/hire for that skillset, with a team like CodeCrew chances are they'll be both more cost-effective AND more competent than whoever you end up hiring. To be honest I dislike agencies 99% of the time and Code Crew is a rare exception.
20 years of working with agencies have taught me that you always meet their best people and nothing is a problem when they sell, but after you signed on an Intern runs the account and the service is terrible, at poor ROI.
Not so with Code Crew. The guys clearly focus on building a long term relationship and the staff we met initially stay actively involved. They are acutely aware of our need for ROI and remain proactive over a year into the account.
Strong recommendation, let’s hope the quality remains as high
