Vanester Washington is a scam. She submitted my amended return without proper documentation. I had to pay the IRS extra and she charged me about $600. She is unprofessional and blamed me for "verbally" giving her the wrong information. Its up to her as a professional to retrieve documentation not just go by what we say. That is why she gets paid. The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate her work.

Vanester Washington messed up my LLC documents more than 7 times, misspelled my company name on several documents, amended it several times, listed the wrong person as the registered agent, then instead of putting the address I gave her for the business, she used my fiance's mother's address so now she's receiving junk mail, then messed up the titles of everyone, some documents say member some say owner some say manager, this could of been avoided by simply sending over the paperwork to me to verify the information, she was just writing stuff down over the phone or email, then she would submit
