Free shipping can't be combined with other offers, applied to past purchases, and is valid only within the continental United States. For items that don't qualify for free shipping, we charge only one shipping and handling charge that is based on the total value of your order.

We ordered a battle flag and megaphone decals to be used in our Homecoming festivities. Initially the communication was poor and one of the orders was never processed so we had to order locally in order to get it by the needed time. It looked at first as though we were not going to be able to get a refund, but eventually after hearing from a manager, a refund was issued and we were recently contacted by the president of the company. Although the initial experience was difficult, they definitely made things right in the end!
