Chris came out on fairly short notice to help investigate an issue with my septic tank and he was able to solve it and repair it within only a few hours. Chris and his partner performed septic services for my mom and she would definitely recommend them to others in need of septic work. These guys were polite, professional, and performed the work in a timely manner. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, thorough in explaining what was needed, and took the time to answer any questions my mom had. Chris is top notch! Our septic was over flowing on a Saturday. I did a quick Google search and selected Chris because of a high rating. I called twice and did not leave a message. I assumed he was closed. He called back within a few minutes and was at my house within 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled a time to come back and repair. He showed up when he said he would and made the repairs needed with careful attention in doing the job right!! I highly recommend Chris!!

We had water seeping up in our yard near our septic system. Chris Mendenhall promptly answered my inquiry and set up a date within the week. He arrived on time and did a great job diagnosing the problem. He gave me multiple options and I went with what he recommended. He explained everything to me and kept me updated while performing the work. I am extremely happy with the work that he did.

Chris and his team did an amazing job planning and completing a complete reroute of our septic lines including inspection of the project by the county. They were right on time, worked diligently, and left my property in the best possible condition (even cleaned off the driveway by hand afterwards). Highly recommend for any project, especially for dependability on tough/complex jobs!
