Neil was friendly and professional during the evaluation and got the estimate to me quickly. Not only was his rate LESS, it accounted for MORE piers than his competitors, as well as, included mortar touch up and concrete patches. Rosa and the guys did a great job! Loved the digital estimate, photographs and ease of communication.

I called Neil at Oklahoma foundation repair after I read the reviews for his company. He lived up to every five star review that I found. Like others, we own a 1925 Farmhouse outside of Guthrie that had a lot of foundation problems. He and his crew were on time, did a fabulous job and cleaned up, all in one day. When he gave me the bid, he went over all the things that were needed to bring my house back to a livable state. And after the job was completed, he went back over everything they did and explained the warranty and sent photos of all that they did. I felt that it would not be a problem

I can not say how much I appreciate Oklahoma Foundation Repair. I was getting bids that were astronomical and sent me spiraling. They came in and were able to give me a realistic look at what needed to be done. They were not doom and gloom. With a 100+ year old house I needed someone who knew exactly how to handle the situation. He walked me through every step of the process and what he was doing. They showed up when he said they would and completed the work in the timeframe he said. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Thank you for helping me out!

Neil and his crew were awesome! He quoted 2 options to stop the settling of our foundation - cement or steel piers. We choose steel piers thinking they would be more appealing should we decide to sell our home in the future. The crew showed up as scheduled, put in 6 piers and wall anchors on 2 outside walls to secure the brick walls that showed movement and cleaned up nicely. They even repaired some cosmetic cracks which was above and beyond the scope of work. I highly recommend this company should you find that you need this type of service. Thanks again Neil and crew!
