As a certified Yoga Therapist, Physiotherapist and intuitive healer Sam has co-founded the Harbor Health Center with her partner, Dr. John Grady DO. She is a talented yoga teacher certified at the highest level by both the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and the Yoga Alliance. She has taught foundational and advanced yoga teacher trainings for over a decade.
Platelet-rich plasma therapy (PRP), also known as a Vampire Facial, is a non-surgical method of skin rejuvenation that uses your own blood to improve the appearance of facial tissue. PRP involves a 3-step procedure involving blood being drawn from your arm, placed into a machine that separates the platelets from the remainder of your blood and then re-injected into the area receiving treatment.

Samantha Matthews is an amazing healer.
I've had a couple of sessions with her focused on structural integration & healing physical imbalances caused by car accidents I've been in and they've helped immensely. I look forward to receiving more help from her in the future. I also look forward to trying other services at Harbor Health in the future. Prolotherapy and their hyperbaric chamber are especially intriguing. Samantha is also my favorite yoga teacher ever, her classes are outstanding and it's well worth splurging on a private session or two with her to help fine tune your alignment and deepen
