This past fall, our office was contacted by the Assistant Director of the Uniondale Public Library. She was looking for bids to pressure wash and clean the exterior of the library as well as all of the sidewalks and walkways surrounding the building. We surveyed the property a few days later in order to put together a thorough and accurate proposal for them.
This past spring, Tom and his crew spent a week pressure washing and cleaning 63 decks for the Islip Landing Homeowners Association at their beautiful townhouse complex in East Islip. All of the wood decks, railings, partitions and support columns were first pressure washed to remove dirt, mold, mildew and prior stain.
Adventureland Amusement Park on Route 110 in Farmingdale, New York has been one of Long Island's favorite destinations for family fun since 1962. Island Wide Pressure Washing started out as a small pressure washing company over 20 years ago when owner Tom Rice first started the business in 1994. Over the years, Tom worked very hard to expand his business and he began to work on commercial jobs in addition to the residential ones.

Tom and crew came today to pressure wash my home, deck and shed. They did a phenomenal job for a modest cost. All the green grime from the North-facing side of my home was cleaned beautifully. The best there is to get your house/fence/outdoor furniture or anything else clean from the outside elements. They respond quick and are wonderful at letting you know when they will be at your job. Takes pride in there work and will not leave until you are shown the end result and making sure that you are 100% satisfied. Office staff and worker are professional and want to make sure that you are happy with everything. This is my second time using them in two years and will continue to use them in the future.

We used Island wide to power washed our commercial/residential building and they did a phenomenal job. The crew was on time, they walked the property before starting to clear anything that may have been in the way and/or should not have gotten wet. The building and windows are spotless. They put everything on the property back where they found it. Everyone was so nice and personable. It was nice to work with a company that takes pride in their work and cares to actually connect with their customer. 5 stars for sure. Will be using their services yearly.
