Called in at 630 to be picked up at 730.. was told everything was good in regards to my request.. it’s now 714 and they call to tell me they can not make it on time so I’m essentially forced into being late for work.. I would use any other taxi in town and maybe walk before ever attempting this service again!

DO NOT trust this cab company. I set up a round trip cab ride to wedding WEEKS in advance. I set it up through their website, being crystal clear with dates and times. They called ME to confirm the exact same, where I reiterated all the details and was given assurance they'd be there. They cited an understandably high price--to which I agreed and was more than willing to pay--given this is a rural taxi company.

I called my ride in an hour in advance, they did not show. I called again politely asking their ETA and I was informed that it would be a 20 minute wait and that this happened sometimes. I had work. Will not be using this service and will be using rodeo from now on who had no issue in picking me up on time in the past.

My husband wanted to use KC cab for the first time since they live in our neighborhood. He needed to go to Ellensburg from Kittitas off Rainer Dr to catch a plane from Yakima. My husband told them Rainier Dr. in Kittitas not the one in Ellensburg. They said they understood. Nope. They went to Ellensburg instead to pick him up and he missed the bus to Yakima to catch his plane. In the end KC cab cost us more money because of their “miscommunication” so my husband could catch his flight. We will never use them again.

I used K.C. cab for the first time and I will not be using it again. The woman that picked me up did not disclose there would be another passenger in the car and she would be dropped off first. This woman's driving was also horrible. She took turns so wide she was almost off the road in the other lane, she sped through the parking lot at about 25 mph of the complex the other passenger was dropped off at, she sped on the road almost the entire time, van smelled of stale cigarette smoke, she played horrible rap music that was curse words every sentence and finally slammed on her brakes at every stop

Cab driver was great.. Dispatcher, owner, whoever she is was not. We called for a 0700 pickup at around 0630.
At 700 no driver so we caked again. She said the driver was stuck in traffic due to a fire.
When the driver arrived at 0715 he said he was notified of our request at a few minutes after 0700 and that there was no traffic issues.
We had also tried using this cab service the previous night with no luck. We ended up getting a ride from a generous employee.

"If you want to see a driver flip out just mention how late they were, instead of apologizing they'll get sassy and drop every excuse in the book" "All sudden it's our fault". Long story short, I was told that my driver would be there to get me in 15 mins. It was 30 degrees out and I had been waiting around 40 minutes outside before i decided to callback to kindly see what the delay was on my cab. No show! Called a cab for my son and was told they were close and would be right over. The address was right on Main St and not hard to find. Twenty minutes later we were still waiting. I called to find out what was going on, and another driver who was picking people up in another part of town answered the call. I finally had to close my store for a time to give my son a ride home, so he could get to work on time.

I called this company because I needed to get to a vet clinic to pick up a parcel and get back home with it. I was expecting to have to pay separately for each direction, but the driver immediately offered to pick up the parcel on the way to me, so I'd only have to pay a one-way trip. That's customer service!!

We booked KC Cab to take us from Suncadia to dinner in Roslyn and back. Steve was great about calling me as soon as I made an online inquiry and following up the day before the event. He was on time, a pleasure to talk to and awesome about picking us up earlier than expected. I will definitely use KC Cab again!

I always go through this cab service, as I have almost always had a good experience. However, I was a little disappointed tonight because it was very difficult to get a ride. I understand that it was a busy night, but no one picked up the phone all night except for David. He drove us to our destination and back. More employees need to at least pick up. So thank you David.

In town visiting we asked clerk at hotel if there was a cab service. She said yes there was a new one that just started up. We called and they said they would be there in 8 to 10 minutes. They showed up within 10! Our driver Ivan was very pleasant and professional. We will use this company again on our next visit! Definitely rate them with 5 stars!
